Taking gojis for 20 years on and off, since Dr. John Gray's radio interview. Now I take black sesame, pumpkin seeds and gojis like breakfast cereal, wash it down with water. Also take 50:1 fadogia extract, tongkat ali, maca extract ashwagandha, rhodiola, fenugreek, gensing, sarsaparilla. Fairly fit, 65, but still carry a tire. Used to put gojis in my morning coffee before my daily 15 mile bike ride every morning before covid. With two bad hips and a bad back.
