These in charge of cabarrus county was racist, and kept him behind bars, I believe they knew what was going on, and they are just as racist today. Look at the dss scandal of 4-9-16, they took a bi-racial child out of a white family who had did nothing wrong. You are no different than cherokee County where their citizens got some justice.
This innocent man spent 44 years of his life behind bars for a crime he didn't commit and you all are complaining about having to pay a few dollars more a year in taxes to compensate him? Sad. You can't put a dollar amount on time he will NEVER get back.

When you have Pirates as cops and judges this what you get. Courts and cops haven't been doing much other the Pirating.
Example: Citizenship is contractual A duty of allegiance for A Duty of protection. Supreme court has ruled many times there is No Duty To Protect Anyone, so we have a protection Racket. If not we could sue the police if our car is stolen. Failure in their duty to protect me or my property.
We have been lied too about everything. Now fire these people who just cost this man years of his life. Hold them accountable in there personal capacity and this crap stops.
