Can Someone Explain To Me Why These Judges Are Still Judges? Where Is The Review Board Of Normal Citizens?

There are different ways to file a complaint against a judge, depending on the type of judge and the type of complaint:

  • Federal judge

To file a complaint against a federal judge for judicial conduct or disability, you can file with the clerk of the court of appeals for the circuit where the judge serves. You can also file a complaint with the circuit executive’s office for the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, or the clerk’s office for the Court of International Trade or the Court of Federal Claims. You should not file a complaint with the judge or anyone else in the Judiciary.

  • North Carolina judge

To file a complaint against a judge or judicial official in North Carolina, you can file with the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission. The Commission can only hear complaints against judges and justices of the North Carolina General Court of Justice, and commissioners and deputy commissioners of the North Carolina Industrial Commission.

  • Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
To file a claim against the United States under the FTCA, you can complete Standard Form 95 and submit it to the Office of the General Counsel, CSOSA. You can also submit written notification of the incident and a claim for money damages. The FTCA has strict time limits and limitations on the types of cases that can be brought.
