The entire US government structure is a captured fake government appearing to be real.
This means that when questioned appropriately non of their cases can stand the light of day. Think Donald Trump.
The Issue they can not get around: Citizenship is Contraction-al with a Duty of Allegiance for a Duty of Protection. Can you sue the police if your car is stolen, why not, you are supposed to be paying them for the service of Protection and yet they hold us Responsible for everything.
A few questions is all it takes:
To The Judge.
- Am I Entitled to a Fair Hearing / Trial?
- Am I entitled to be informed of the Nature and Cause of this alledged controvesy?
- Who has the Burden of Proof?
To The Persecutor.
- IS THERE FACTS IN EVIDENCE THAT PROVE A COMPLAINING PARTY EXISTS? (The State of is a Legal Fiction which does not exist.)
Therefore the State of ________ can not be the complainant as they are not a Real Living Breathing Soul and they have nothing else. You must have two parties to have an issue of controversy for a court to deliberate. When only one Exists.
I motion this court for dismissal because their is no valid 2nd party and therefore no issue of controversy for this court to decide.
