Restoring The Republic One Town Hall Meeting At A Time.

To Be Read Out-loud by Citizens At Every Town Hall Across This Nation.

**Full Expanded Town Hall Speech Script**

Ladies and Gentlemen, my fellow residents, neighbors, friends, and concerned citizens of our great community,

Thank you for coming out today. We are gathered here because we love our country, we love our state, we love our towns, and we want a better future for our families and our children. We are not here to cause trouble. We are here to speak truth, demand transparency, and restore the lawful government that is supposed to serve We the People.

**Above all, we want safe streets.** We want secure homes. We want the freedom to live peaceful, enjoyable lives without constant government overreach and interference in our daily affairs.

We want fair and minimal taxation. For many of us, the ideal is greatly reduced taxes or, ultimately, **no taxes** on the honest fruits of our labor and on our rightfully owned property. Property taxes have become one of the most contentious issues of our time. Many citizens firmly believe they are unconstitutional. The right to own property and to enjoy the fruits of one’s labor and a peaceful life is a fundamental American principle protected by the Constitution. When local governments can impose ever-increasing property taxes and seize homes for non-payment, they are effectively abolishing true private property ownership. This must be corrected.

Compounding this serious problem is what many see as widespread **property tax fraud connected to fraudulent school bonds**. These bonds are predicated on the collection of property taxes, and the accumulated debt across the nation is enormous — reportedly reaching into the trillions of dollars. Citizens are rightly alarmed that this unsustainable load could decimate the U.S. economy within the next two years if immediate action is not taken. We demand full transparency, independent audits of all school bond obligations, and honest public accounting so we can protect homeowners and prevent economic collapse.

We must also address the serious and growing concerns about **election integrity**. Far too many citizens no longer trust the process because of widespread belief in election fraud. To restore full confidence in our republic, we require a complete, verifiable system in every county to **reconcile every single vote cast with every living, breathing, eligible citizen**. This means thorough audits, cleaned voter rolls, paper ballots, same-day voting with strict ID requirements, and transparent processes that prove only legitimate votes from real people are counted. Anything less undermines the foundation of our government.

A core issue at the root of nearly all these problems is **government impersonation of the people**. From the moment a child is born, the state issues a birth certificate. This document creates a legal fiction — a corporate “strawman” entity, almost always written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This corporate entity is **not** the living, breathing, flesh-and-blood man or woman. It is an artificial person created by the government to impersonate us.

Through this impersonation, governments force us into contracts with them on a daily basis — driver’s licenses, Social Security numbers, tax filings, property registrations, permits, and countless other documents. Many legal scholars and informed citizens argue that this practice of **forced contracting is illegal in every state of the union**. It is done without full disclosure and without genuine informed consent. Sovereign individuals are turned into corporate debtors and subjects in a system that primarily benefits the government itself. This original act of impersonation is the foundation upon which the rest of the overreach, taxation, and control is built. We must expose this fully and demand it end.

Closely connected to this is our fundamental, God-given **Right to Travel**. The Supreme Court has repeatedly upheld the right to travel as one of our most basic constitutional liberties. Important decisions include *Crandall v. Nevada* (1868), *Kent v. Dulles* (1958), *Shapiro v. Thompson* (1969), and *Saenz v. Roe* (1999).

A particularly powerful case often cited is **Chicago Motor Coach Co. v. City of Chicago** (and similar rulings). These cases make clear that **no license is required** for the ordinary citizen to travel upon the public highways in the ordinary course of life and business. Licensing and registration requirements were intended for commercial activity, not for private, non-commercial travel.

Because local police and enforcement agencies often operate under contractual or corporate authority, they have **no valid contract with an unlicensed, non-commercial traveler**. Without that contract, they lack actual jurisdiction over the sovereign individual who is simply exercising their constitutional right to travel. This is a critical distinction that must be recognized and respected once again.

Despite all of these rights and legal realities, local governments have no specific duty to protect any individual citizen. Supreme Court cases such as *DeShaney v. Winnebago County* (1989) and *Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales* (2005) confirm that the duty is owed to the public at large, not to any specific person. Yet they continue to demand payment through taxes and fees while disclaiming real responsibility. This is the very definition of a protection racket.

A vital tool for seeing the complete truth is the **Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)**. These reports are divided into three main sections: the Introductory Section, the Financial Section (with full statements, auditor’s report, and notes), and the Statistical Section (showing long-term trends, debt, assets, and economic data). Unlike the regular budgets that always seem to show shortages, the CAFRs often reveal a much larger and more complete financial picture. We demand these reports be presented in plain language at every town hall so citizens can understand the true state of affairs, including all bond obligations.

Furthermore, many citizens are researching the corporate nature of local governments by looking up **Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) numbers**. These nine-digit identifiers are assigned to towns, counties, and other entities. Some view the presence of DUNS numbers as strong evidence that our local governments now function more as corporations than as pure de jure (lawful by right) governmental bodies under the original constitutional framework. This research raises important questions about authority and accountability that deserve full answers.

Every public official takes a solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and of our state. When that oath is breached — through impersonation of the people, forced illegal contracts, infringement on the right to travel, unconstitutional taxation, hidden bond debt, election irregularities, or any other violation of our rights — there are serious consequences. These consequences include loss of public trust, electoral defeat, recall where permitted, impeachment or removal from office, civil liability, and other remedies provided under the law. The most powerful remedy of all is an awakened, informed, and actively participating citizenry.

My friends, none of this is said in anger. It is said out of deep love for our country and our communities. We seek peaceful, lawful restoration of our God-given rights and proper constitutional government.

Let us commit today to the following actions:
– Demand full CAFR presentations and independent audits of all bonds and property tax collections
– Require complete election audits and vote reconciliation with living citizens in every county
– Openly discuss and correct the impersonation and forced contracting system
– Restore the unhindered Right to Travel
– Research government entity status including DUNS numbers
– Hold every oath-taker strictly accountable through lawful means
– Support candidates and policies that prioritize safe streets, lower or eliminated taxes, and true liberty

We do not need to accept this system as it currently operates. We were born free. We remain sovereign. Together, through education, peaceful persistence, and unwavering commitment to the truth, we will restore the government that is truly of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Thank you for listening with open hearts and minds. I welcome your questions, your thoughts, and your partnership in this important work. God bless you, God bless our communities, and God bless the United States of America.
