I love all good people and my neighbors who are police, however, they also understand where I am coming from and some / most have resigned when they discovered what they were actually doing.

First We can start with the Fact that there is No Duty Of Protection.

In Other words The people you are allegedly serving are being held hostage by a Protection Racket.

Did you know that the State of where-ever is a Legal Fiction which can not be used as a Complainant because You cant cross examine or Injure or Damage a Fiction, By definition it is not real.

So if I put you on the stand to cross examine your testimony when you are representing a legal fiction and I ask you to show evidence via facts that I damaged or violated your legal rights, can you do it?

Remember you can’t represent something that does not actually exist in reality. If you try I will then ask you to use facts only because I am not a lawyer and I don’t understand legal opinions only provable facts in evidence.

The question then becomes What is the State of Whatever? The judge will stop you from answering because you are not qualified to give a legal opinion, only the judge. So what are we doing here?
