Linnard (1929), 98 C.A. 33, 276 P. 368. “It is one of the fundamental maxims of the common law that ignorance of the law excuses no one.” Daniels v. Dean (1905), 2 C.A. 421, 84 P. 332.
 
Jurisdiction challenged to all, at any and all times.
 
“Judge acted in the face of clearly valid statutes or case law expressly depriving him of (personal) jurisdiction would be liable.” Dykes v. Hosemann, 743 F.2d 148 (1984). “In such case the judge has lost his judicial function, has become a mere private person, and is liable as a trespasser for damages resulting from his unauthorized acts.” “Where there is no jurisdiction there is no judge; the proceeding is as nothing.” Such has been the law from the days of the Marshalsea, 10 Coke 68; also Bradley v. Fisher, 13 Wall 335,351.” Manning v. Ketcham, 58 F.2d 948.
 
“A distinction must be here observed between excess of jurisdiction and the clear absence of all jurisdiction over the subject-matter any authority exercised is a usurped authority and for the exercise of such authority, when the want of jurisdiction is known to the judge, no excuse is permissible.” Bradley v. Fisher, 13 Wall 335, 351, 352.

“All political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, and are established to protect and maintain individual rights.” Washington constitution article 1 §1.
 

If government does not have the duty to protect then there is no longer any real government, just those acting as, posing as, pretending to be said public servants who are instead being the destroyers of those rights they claim to be there to protect.

A Conversation we all need to have.

Well, we do have boarders…so, what ever you want to call these rats coming across our boarders, expecting everyone else to pay for & take care of them, while some are killing people that already reside here. I know, they are invaders, they bring nothing to contribute.

Trouble is we share this planet with everyone here and we have made up these things as they don’t exist in Nature. Although Instant Justice does, Gravity works. We may like the idea that we can separate the bad from the good but it normally is only a facade as the evil is hidden better. God didn’t segregate the animals or us but we do thinking it is OK. We are all one big family that has been divided and traumatized to keep under control. Sure different cultures have strange beliefs because they stole our history and rewrote it. We are to share the planet as the native Americans believed. No One Can Own the Land Because It Belongs to All Creatures here. FACTS and I don’t apologize for the cognitive dissonance this produces. Facts are Facts and redefining them doesn’t change them. If instead of Divide and Conquer and Struggles to Survive we could do the reverse and bring everyone together and teach real history so we can get away from control programs.?

That would be great if everyone did that, however that now would come under redistribution/socialism..I refuse to work my ass off cleaning houses to give it to someone who wants to lay on their lazy Ass to pump out baby after baby & not work, so where does it end. Between you & Me alone is am sure we’ve paid out at least 2 million to lazy ass illegals, or Folks that refuse to work & want to love off of the government

I agree but this just another excuse / Propaganda fomented by those same controllers. People are basically good by nature it is the nurture part that is screwed up. If the environment was different as in not so damn hard to survive because we have been ruled by psychopaths who have enslaved the entire world things would be different.
