We spend all this money on plating Trees and continue with higher tech pollution controls as they come out. I tried getting the US Energy Department interest in Clean Coal and was told Obama wants coal shut down. This Tech could clean up the air in China and India. The US already has cleaned up its smoke stacks. Real Trouble is the Nuke plants releasing radioactive materials without telling anyone, which happens daily.
