    1. IS THERE FACTS IN EVIDENCE THAT PROVE A COMPLAINING PARTY EXISTS? (The State of is a Legal Fiction which does not exist.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Therefore the State of ________ can not be the complainant as they are not a Real Living Breathing Soul and they have nothing else. You must have two parties to have an issue of controversy for a court to deliberate. When only one Exists.<\/p>\n

      I motion this court for dismissal because their is no valid 2nd party and therefore no issue of controversy for this court to decide.<\/h2>\n
