Leaked details of confidential purchase contracts signed by vaccine manufacturer Pfizer with a large number of countries reveal terms that amount to \u201dmaster-slave\u201d contracts that violate national laws in such lands.<\/strong><\/p>\n The buyers commit themselves to breaking their own national laws if they oppose mass vaccinations. These buyers also undertake to bear all costs and responsibilities relating to the experimental vaccinations, even if they are not carried out. The buyers waive all rights of contract termination.<\/strong><\/p>\n In the largest medical experiment in history, with \u201cvaccines\u201d that are not approved for use in humans,\u00a0<\/span>it is the responsibility of the purchasers to defend Pfizer externally for damage caused by the vaccines<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and other negative consequences.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Pfizer disclaims all responsibility and is held harmless on the grounds that the side-effects and long-term effects of the so-called \u201cvaccines\u201d are unknown, even to itself. Pfizer thus admits that it is selling an inadequately tested product \u2013 with billions of doses on the world market \u2013 for use in humans.<\/p>\n This means that all responsibility for the costs, medical care burden and other consequences of damage caused by vaccines \u2013 no matter how great \u2013 is passed on to the taxpayers of the countries that have signed the agreements. Since the agreements override national laws, they have been signed at the government level.<\/p>\n The design of the agreements goes far to explain why the propaganda for mass vaccination is totalitarian in nature and does not allow for debate or questioning. With increasing numbers of reports that the majority of those now hospitalised with Covid-19 are fully vaccinated \u2013 a situation that the buyers could not reasonably have foreseen \u2013 the agreements appear to be criminal in nature. Buyer countries have been forced to sign effectively blank contracts, without knowing what they are buying.<\/p>\n On July 28,\u00a0<\/span>NBC Chicago<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>reported that 169 people in Illinois died and 644 were hospitalised with Covid-19. All were fully vaccinated. Israel, with a population of 9,3 million, was the first to sign an agreement with Pfizer. Vaccination coverage in the country stands at 55 percent, and 11 051 469 vaccine doses have been distributed. But on June 30, an alarming news item was released: fully vaccinated patients have accounted for half of the Covids-positive adults hospitalised in Israel.<\/p>\n In just over a month, the numbers have increased dramatically. Almost 80 percent of Covid sufferers aged 20-29 are fully vaccinated, and the proportion remains around 80 percent in the 30-69 age group too, rising to\u00a0<\/span>more than 90 percent in the 70+ age group<\/a>. Israel will now join Sweden in\u00a0<\/span>providing a third dose<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>of Pfizer\/BioNtech\u2019s vaccine. A boundless market beckons for vaccine-makers.<\/p>\n Likewise from Iceland, which has a vaccination rate of fully 71.1 percent, there are worrying reports that the majority of Covid-19 hospitalised patients are fully vaccinated. Naturally, the more reports like this that come in, the greater the disappointment with vaccines that have been portrayed as \u2018safe\u2019 and as the only salvation from the Covid-19 crisis; and the clearer it becomes that Pfizer had very good reasons for signing binding agreements with buyer countries before the truth about the medication had begun to emerge. Now one of the most senior WHO officials,\u00a0<\/span>Mariangela Simao<\/a>, admits that people cannot feel safe just because they have had the jab. Vaccines alone are not enough to prevent the spread of the disease.<\/p>\n It is a cybersecurity expert,\u00a0<\/span>Ehden Biber<\/strong>, living in England but of Israeli origin, who has managed to\u00a0<\/span>break through the secrecy<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>uncover the sensational leak<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>regarding the contracts that the vaccine manufacturer Pfizer has signed with its customers. The basis of Biber\u2019s revelation is Albania\u2019s contract with Pfizer, which appeared in\u00a0<\/span>Gogo.al newspaper<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>in January. But not a single journalist investigated the leak or found it interesting enough to report on.<\/p>\n \u201cThey should be ashamed of themselves\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>writes Ehden Biber, who has also managed to expose Pfizer\u2019s agreements with the EU, Israel,\u00a0<\/span>Brazil<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>(signed by\u00a0<\/span>Roberto Ferreira Dias<\/strong>, ex-head of the logistics ministry) and the Dominican Republic. Ferreira Dias was fired and arrested after\u00a0<\/span>asking for a dollar of bribe per dose of vaccine<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>for the Jair Bolsonaro\u2019s government.<\/p>\n The agreements are structured in the same way, with the only basic difference being the pricing of the \u201cvaccines\u201d varying in what the countries can be forced to agree to.<\/p>\n Albania pays $12 per dose, the US $19.5 per dose and Israel $62 per dose.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cNetanyahu<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>(Israel\u2019s former prime minister)\u00a0<\/span>is truly a magician \u2013 he had Israel pay $62 per vaccine dose \u2013 five times more than Albania \u2013 yet still got people to worship him for this lousy deal\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>writes Ehden Biber.<\/p>\n A group of independent investigative journalists in South America<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>have revealed that in negotiations with Brazil and Argentina, among others, Pfizer has demanded that the country make available state assets such as embassy buildings and military bases as a guarantee against future costs of any legal action. Negotiations have been marked by conflict and delays, and government representatives have stated that they are being held \u201chostage\u201d in return for access to\u00a0<\/span>\u201clife-saving vaccines\u201d<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span>Argentina<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>only signed an agreement with Pfizer on July 27 for 20 million vaccine doses, after lengthy and bitter discord.<\/p>\n Pfizer has negotiated with more than 100 countries and signed agreements with a dozen Latin American countries that have been forced to agree to shield the company from all liability. The industry\u2019s greed and abuse of power are all the more glaring given that Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers have received generous grants from several governments amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars throughout the vaccine development process. The German government, for example, has given Pfizer\u2019s business partner BioNTech $445 million.<\/p>\n Recently,\u00a0<\/span>Sweden has meekly agreed<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to increased prices per vaccine dose under the EU\u2019s latest deal with Pfizer\/BioNTech and Moderna. For Pfizer\/BioNTech, this means an increase from about 160 to 200 Swedish kronor per dose, and for Moderna a rise of 190 to about 220 kronor, according to the\u00a0<\/span>Financial Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n The reason for the price increase is that the vaccine has been \u201cupdated\u201d. Sweden\u2019s \u201cvaccine coordinator\u201d, pharmacist\u00a0<\/span>Richard Bergstr\u00f6m<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>(with a long history in the pharmaceutical industry) has full understanding of the companies\u2019 pricing practices.<\/p>\n \u201cThey\u2019ve never wavered on that. It\u2019s well worth the money. I call it an \u2018all-inclusive\u2019 price.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n The\u00a0<\/span>leaked deals<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>reveal outrageous \u201dmaster-slave\u201d-type contracts that give Pfizer all the power and force the buyers (in the contract called \u201dPurchaser\u201d) into total subordination. There is no way out or any way for the buyers to end the contract if the\u00a0<\/span>\u201cvaccine\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>turns out to be harmful, or lethal to large segments of the population, or has other serious side-effects. The purchaser must fulfill the contract and pay the full amount anyway.<\/p>\n Some more sections from the confidential contract. NB:\u00a0 Some of the English is back-translated from Swedish, and so may not correspond exactly to the original English.<\/strong><\/p>\n However,\u00a0<\/span>Israel\u2019s agreement with Pfizer<\/a>, signed by its Ministry of Health on January 6, is subject to a full 30 years of confidentiality. The reason is unclear so far. The Covid vaccines were granted\u00a0<\/span>Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA)<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on December 1, 2020 \u2013 in violation of the agency\u2019s own rules. Emergency authorisation can in fact only be granted if there is no other effective treatment. Such treatment existed \u2013 but was ruled out by medical authorities worldwide. The reason was simple: if an effective drug treatment is already available, the FDA\u2019s emergency approval would be invalid and the \u201cvaccines\u201d illegal.<\/p>\n See this document from the FDA.<\/strong><\/p>\n Both Hydroxychloroquine and the 2015 Nobel Prize-winning drug Ivermectin have proven to be effective, safe, (\u201csafer than Tylenol, paracetamol\u201d<\/em>) tried and tested drugs over many years. They are also cheap, since their patents have expired. Ivermectin has been used for 35 years, in 4 billion doses. But on 31 March,\u00a0<\/span>the corrupt WHO<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>publicly banned Ivermectin as a treatment for Covid-19 on the grounds of\u00a0<\/span>\u201cinadequate safety\u201d<\/em>, even though studies showed that Ivermectin has good efficacy against Covid-19 if used in the early phase of the disease, reduces mortality by 74 percent and has 85 percent efficacy if used as prophylaxis. International health authorities, including the Swedish Medical Products Agency,\u00a0<\/span>have slavishly followed the WHO\u2019s edict<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and withdrawn the two drugs.<\/p>\n The aim was to smear Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin treatments at all costs and remove the threat to the multi-billion dollar \u201cvaccine\u201d project. The media all over the world have abetted the scandal of the withdrawn drugs by not asking any questions or challenging anything. Ivermectin has been called\u00a0<\/span>\u201cveterinary medicine\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>\u201cdangerous\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n As if on cue, in May the two prestigious medical journals\u00a0<\/span>The Lancet<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>and the\u00a0<\/span>New England Journal of Medicine<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>published erroneous articles purporting to cover studies of nearly 100 000 Covid-19 patients in 671 hospitals on six continents. The result was that\u00a0<\/span>hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for Covid-19 was damned<\/a>.<\/p>\n The publication was a political and medical bombshell that received enormous attention in the MSM. But the whole thing was a hoax. When it was exposed and the authors of the article,\u00a0<\/span>Surgisphere<\/a>, a small obscure company in Illinois,\u00a0<\/span>could not show the data<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>on which the article was based, both\u00a0<\/span>The Lancet<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and the New England Journal of Medicine were forced on 4 June to retract the article and apologise to readers \u2013 a very unusual development. But by then the MSM journalists had lost interest, so the public was never informed of the hoax. Published errors like this should have serious consequences. Swedish Medical Products Agency banned Hydroxychloroquine for indications other than rheumatism. Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine were thus sacrificed to prepare the market for the vaccine manufacturers and their multi-billion dollar profits.<\/p>\n Millions of people with Covid meanwhile, who might have recovered if they had received proven drugs, were sacrificed. For the players in this dirty game, human lives are a matter of indifference.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Why would any country sign such a \u201cmaster-slave contract\u201d in the first place, and agree to violate its own laws? One explanation is the worldwide mass psychosis and the panic and hysteria that erupted along with the corona pandemic in early 2020. Regardless of whether or not powerful global interests or others have set out to stoke fear and anxiety in the population, it is a fact that frightened people are easier to control than people who are fully aware of their situation.<\/p>\n \u201cThe globalist entity Pfizer hates nation states, does not recognise their laws and acts like a government that rules over other governments in the world. Looking at the unbounded lawlessness and meltdown of once stable institutions around the world, you can see that Big Pharma (the multinational pharmaceutical industry) is being used as a massive<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>battering ram to break down national laws and national sovereignty in every country\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>writes Ehden Biber.<\/p>\n \u201cAnyone involved in the agreements realises that there are good reasons for Pfizer to keep it a secret and why they are struggling to hide the details.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n The FDA gave emergency approval to the so-called\u00a0<\/span>\u201ccovid vaccines\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>on December 1, 2020. Ten days later, the\u00a0<\/span>Trusted News Initiative (TNI)<\/a>, an association of several of the world\u2019s leading media organisations and major online platforms, decided in an addendum to its policy to\u00a0<\/span>\u201cspearhead a global vaccine campaign and combat the spread of \u2018harmful misinformation\u2019 about the vaccines\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n The addendum was announced at the World Press Freedom Conference on December 10, 2020. Here is how it was reported in\u00a0<\/span>the business journal Biz News<\/a>:<\/p>\n \u201cIn a surprisingly under-reported event, many of the world\u2019s biggest media, agreed to promote the global vaccine rollout and focus on combatting the spread of harmful vaccine disinformation.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Most major media organisations and online platforms back the agreement, which means that leading media outlets are reneging on their obligation to report facts about vaccines in an objective manner.<\/p>\n This is sensational, but naturally enough it has not received any media attention at all. Over the heads of their readers and listeners, the world\u2019s most influential media groups have decided to act as megaphones for the vaccine industry and state pharmaceutical authorities.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The agreement explains something that has long been obvious to many media consumers: that is, the media\u2019s startlingly one-sided propaganda for vaccines.<\/p>\n TNI members include some of the largest and foremost media organisations and news agencies in the world, including\u00a0<\/span>the AP and AFP news agencies, Reuters, the BBC, CBC in Canada, the European Broadcast Union, Facebook, the Financial Times, First Draft, Google, YouTube, The Hindu, Microsoft, Twitter and The Washington Post.<\/strong><\/p>\n It seems that privately owned online platforms such as\u00a0<\/span>Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Google<\/strong>, by virtue of their extreme profitability, self-evidently stand with the established media in their efforts to restrict free speech\u2013as millions of users have experienced in recent years.<\/p>\n In Sweden, a seemingly lobotomised and paralysed journalist corps has so far acted as the megaphones of the Public Health Agency and the vaccine industry, delivering only one-sided vaccine propaganda. The\u00a0<\/span>same bought professors<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>sit night after night on SVT Rapport and Aktuellt shows and speak out in favour of vaccines. No criticism, opposing viewpoints or even questions are allowed.<\/p>\n As if that weren\u2019t bad enough, the same person,\u00a0<\/span>James Smith, sits on the board of both Reuters news agency and Pfizer<\/a>. These are two incompatible roles. As former CEO at Reuters, he called himself Jim Smith. On the Pfizer board, he calls himself James Smith. In an attempt to hide his dual role, he has removed his picture from his LinkedIn profile. But it is the same person. He is also a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum, member of the International Advisory Boards of British American Business and the Atlantic Council.
