NCDMV announces settlement in lawsuit over driver’s license revocations<\/h1>\n<\/blockquote>\n

An estimated 185,000 people will receive notice letting them know how they can get their traffic fees waived and their licenses reinstated.<\/p>\n

RALEIGH, N.C. \u2014 The\u00a0North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV)<\/a>\u00a0will be contacting more than 185,000 drivers\u00a0whose licenses were revoked<\/a>\u00a0for their failure to pay fines, penalties and court costs as part of a settlement to prevent them from having their licenses suspended.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

NCDMV<\/a> said the contact period will be over the next 60 days. The DMV has agreed to send drivers notices of their rights, explaining a long-standing North Carolina law that allows drivers to keep their licenses if they can’t afford to pay. NCDMV said it will lift those revocations if the sentencing court finds the drivers’ failure to pay was not willful and instead due to their inability to afford the amount due.<\/p>\n

Bull Shit, No one cares about your licenses and your courts or your Jack Booted Thug Protection Racket Enforcers. They have proven themselves to be Liars, Cheaters, Thieves and Murders who do business at the barrel of a gun. They have No Respect for Human Life or They Would Provide Their Services On A Voluntary Basis.<\/p>\n

The People of this Country have always had the right to Travel by any means we see fit. This means in our private motorized conveyance we don’t need drivers licenses or state registrations and yet these Criminals have told us the exact opposite for years now. Well the people have had enough and got smart. They are no longer showing up to court. LOL couldn’t happen to a nicer gang of thieves.<\/div>\n
