Specifically, according to a summary of the article, \u201cRevelations of poor practices at a contract research company helping to carry out Pfizer\u2019s pivotal covid-19 vaccine trial raise questions about data integrity and regulatory oversight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The piece noted that Pfizer CEO\u00a0Albert Bourla pledged in the fall of 2020, \u201cAs I\u2019ve said before, we are operating at the speed of science,\u201d in updating the world on when we could expect his company\u2019s vaccine to be approved.<\/p>\n<p>But, as The BMJ reported, \u201cspeed may have come at the cost of data integrity and patient safety.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The legacy journal added:<\/p>\n<p><em>A regional director who was employed at the research organisation Ventavia Research Group has told\u00a0The BMJ\u00a0that the company falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events reported in Pfizer\u2019s pivotal phase III trial. Staff who conducted quality control checks were overwhelmed by the volume of problems they were finding. After repeatedly notifying Ventavia of these problems, the regional director, Brook Jackson, emailed a complaint to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ventavia fired her later the same day. Jackson has provided\u00a0The BMJ\u00a0with dozens of internal company documents, photos, audio recordings, and emails.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brighteon.tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.naturalnews.com\/images\/BrighteonTV-WatchLiveShows.jpg\" alt=\"Brighteon.TV\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the article, a Facebook-contracted \u201cfact-checker\u201d called \u201cLead Stories\u201d published what amounted to a hit piece that contained no actual refutations of the information provided in The BMJ whistleblower article, just some nefarious references to unnamed medical \u201cexperts\u201d and other pabulum \u2014 no actual\u00a0<em>data<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>refuting the whistleblower\u2019s claims. In fact, the \u2018fact-check\u2019 piece was absurdly headlined: \u201cFact Check: The British Medical Journal Did NOT Reveal Disqualifying And Ignored Reports Of Flaws In Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Trials.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Among Lead Story\u2019s claims:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cMedical experts say the claims aren\u2019t serious enough to discredit data from the clinical trials.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0(\u2018Medical experts?\u2019 Which \u2018medical experts\u2019? Shouldn\u2019t fact-checkers get them on record? Of course they should, so right away, this smells like BS.)<\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cThe FDA said\u2026 that the allegations don\u2019t change the agency\u2019s assessment of the vaccine\u2019s safety.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>(So what? That doesn\u2019t mean the whistleblower is wrong. This is typical smoke\/mirrors.)<\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cA spokesperson for Texas-based Ventavia Research Group wrote in a November 10, 2021, email to Lead Stories that BMJ did not seek comment in advance of the report.<\/em>\u00a0(Again, so what? Pfizer would have simply denied the allegations.) If<em><span>\u00a0<\/span>it had, it would have been told the employee\u2019s report was investigated but found wanting.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>(Define \u2018found wanting.\u2019 Again, this is not a refutation of the employee\u2019s claims.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The BMJ\u2019s editors fired off a letter to Facebook\u2019s founder and CEO,<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalnews.com\/2021-10-20-mark-zuckerberg-bought-2020-election-for-biden.html\">2020 election-fixer Mark Zuckerberg<\/a>, listing all of the nonsensical non-fact-checks contained in Lead Story\u2019s report, demanding that the platform remove the \u2018fact-check\u2019 and allow the article to be shared again. Also, the editors ripped the hit piece as\u00a0\u201cinaccurate, incompetent, and irresponsible\u201d:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cIt fails to provide any assertions of fact that The BMJ article got wrong.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cIt has a nonsensical title: \u2018Fact Check: The British Medical Journal Did NOT Reveal Disqualifying And Ignored Reports Of Flaws In Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Trials\u2019.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cThe first paragraph inaccurately labels The BMJ a \u2018news blog\u2019.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cIt contains a screenshot of our article with a stamp over it stating \u2018Flaws Reviewed,\u2019 despite the Lead Stories article not identifying anything false or untrue in The BMJ article.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cIt published the story on its website under a URL that contains the phrase \u2018hoax-alert\u2019.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Needless to say, nothing has been done about the phony fact-check, and honestly, it\u2019s unlikely that anything will be done.
